Located in Charlotte, NC, Synchronicity Web Designs is a digital marketing agency that specializes in web design and digital marketing for a variety of clients in different fields.
At Synchronicity Web Designs, part of my job was social media. As a social media coordinator, I was responsible for creating monthly social media calendars for a variety of our clients. Their businesses ranged from home staging to roofing to tactical gear.
Once the calendars were approved by clients, I then used Hootsuite and Hubspot to schedule the posts on the clients' Twitter, Facebook, LinkedIn, and Instagram pages.
I also helped film video content for Synchronicity's social media and posted them on our pages. I also used relevant industry hashtags on Instagram to help increase our views and followers.
The other half of my job at Synchronicity was content writing. As a content writer, I wrote blog posts, copy for landing pages, and even ebooks. The content I wrote included work for Synchronicity, a copier company, a tactical gear company, and roofing company. I created copy that appealed to our clients' clientele and would help increase leads and help generate new business.
