HER CAMPUS UNC-CHAPEL HILL

In 2012, I became both a staff writer and the executive editor for Her Campus' UNC-Chapel Hill branch. Every month, each writer had an assigned week to write a piece of their choice that was to be geared towards the average college woman and her experience at school. The website provided advice, funny articles, giveaways, etc. We also highlighted campus cuties and campus celebrities. As the executive editor, I, along with the Editor-in-Chief, would edit all stories submitted before they were published online. I wrote about a variety of different topics and had some of the highest read articles during some of my writing weeks.
